Our data protection policies and processes are fully aligned with the requirements of the EU’s GDPR, California’s CCPA, Brazil’s LGDP and other data privacy regulations that may apply around the world. We have implemented a process to support users seeking to export, access their personal data, and trained our staff on how to build and design privacy-conscious products.
Onshape will enter EU Standard Contractual Clauses for those customers that export personal data from the EU/EEA. Please contact email@example.com if you have this requirement.
Do I need a Data Processing Agreement?
Onshape does not, in the course of providing its services, process personal information on behalf of its customers. Onshape is data controller for all personal information it collects as it determines the purpose and means of processing.
What sub-processors does Onshape work with to process personal data on behalf of its customer data?
Onshape uses third party vendors to help provide Onshape services to our customers. Before a new vendor processes any personal information on behalf of Onshape, we conduct a rigorous privacy and security review. Any vendor which processes personal information must sign a Data Processing Agreement with Onshape. You can view an updated list of the third-party sub-processors by clicking the button below.
